An Informational Digital Signage System
Salmon Arm Credit Union is a financial organization that serves the Shuswap area of British Columbia. This organization started modestly in Salmon Arm in 1946 with 14 members and has since grown to offer their services to nearly 20,000 members from five locations in the Shuswap area. Members of this credit union are also owners, giving each of them a say in company going-on, which proves Salmon Arm Credit Union’s commitment to their members. And with assets of over $900 million, they are now ranked within the top 50 credit unions in Canada!
THE CHALLENGE
No matter what it’s used for digital signage is a significant asset to any company, especially those dealing with the public. Using digital signage can make a company more professional and attract new customers. As part of Salmon Arm Credit Union’s main branch renovation, Matrix recommended an upgraded digital signage system that is sure to elevate their business.
THE SOLUTION
Matrix designed this project before supplying and installing the necessary audiovisual equipment. As mentioned above, this project involved the installation of a complete digital signage system in Salmon Arm Credit Union’s head office. Prior to the installation, we consulted with the credit union as per the design of the project to ensure we understood their requirements. When the installation was finished, we organized for the signage supplier to provide training to the Salmon Arm Credit Union team to provide them with the knowledge to direct and change their own digital content.
The main elements of this system are as follows: Samsung ultra-slim bezel video wall commercial display monitors and a Capital Networks digital signage system.
This digital signage system is made up of several displays that are dispersed throughout Salmon Arm Credit Union’s main building. These monitors are used to display important company information that clients might need such as the credit union’s board of directors and account access information among other things. Since its installation, this system has been working flawlessly.
