Provide verbal feedback to any Matrix employee.

Clients can submit feedback to HR@mvcc.ca and/or contact the HR direct line at (587) 349-8252.

All feedback, including complaints, will be handled in the following manner:

Customers will receive acknowledgement that their feedback had been received, along with any resulting actions in response to any complaints that were identified within 7 business days.

Feedback will be directed to HR and the Branch Manager (or COO, if there is no Branch Manager in position).
