Accessible Employment Feedback Process:

Matrix welcomes feedback on how we provide accessible customer service. Customer feedback will help us identify barriers and respond to concerns.

 

Feedback may be provided in the following ways:

  • Complete AODA Customer Feedback Form onsite.

  • Provide verbal feedback to any Matrix employee.

  • Clients can submit feedback to HR@mvcc.ca and/or contact the HR direct line at (587) 349-8252.

All feedback, including complaints, will be handled in the following manner:

  • Customers will receive acknowledgement that their feedback had been received, along with any resulting actions in response to any complaints that were identified within 7 business days.

  • Feedback will be directed to HR and the Branch Manager (or COO, if there is no Branch Manager in position).
