Support

Matrix Video Communications Corp. offers services and installation warranty on all of the products we sell and install. We confidently back our products and are here for you should any issues arise. 

Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Any service issues you may have outside of these hours will be responded to as soon as possible during regular business hours. For our clients with Matrix Service Level Agreements, these response times are enhanced.

Matrix has three available options to contact our support team, in addition to speaking with your account manager:

This is a web-based ticketing system that lets you create a free account and monitor your service requests in real time with a Service Member responding directly.

Our answering service will take your information and immediately relay it to a member of our Service Team across Canada

Warranty

Our installation warranty starts on the date of acceptance of the installation. All hardware equipment will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and can be serviced at one of our Service Centres across Canada.
