Earle is a native Calgarian. He has a total of 27 years of broadcast experience, working  at a variety of post houses  in the Calgary market.  Earle has been involved in local, regional  national and international  projects.  Most recently Earle was the Director of Operations at WhiteIron Digital in Calgary. Earle was responsible for a variety of job functions in his 10 years at White Iron from editing to management. Previously Earle also spent time editing at Spruce Meadows and many years at CTV Calgary in the news and commercial production departments as well with their programming area. Earle is very workflow focused and has been involved in developing digital pipelines for everything from corporate pieces with multiple formats to programming series, to film project deliverables.

Earle is on the advisory committee for the RTBN program at SAIT, has been involved with AD Rodeo, and runs the Video  projection hub at his church. In his spare time he enjoys Tuesday night hockey, mountain biking, camping and hanging out on his deck with family & friends. Earle is married to Nancy & has 1 very special daughter, Jesara (who he loves to embarrass..isn't that what fathers do???)

Earle is looking forward to building solutions and helping his clients get the best out of their productions and working with the production community to assist them in bringing their projects to completion!
